Order Cancellation Guidelines

Orders placed on DivineEdge can be cancelled before they are processed and dispatched by our logistics department. To cancel an order, navigate to your order history or contact our support team with your order reference number.

Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled directly and must follow our return and refund process upon delivery.
